Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 animals are allowed in each apartment. Combined mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds. A $200 refundable deposit per apartment and $200 nonrefundable fee per pet apply. Monthly fees range from $25 to $40 depending on mature weight. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1 year old. Please contact the leasing office for additional information including fee amounts, restricted breeds, policies regarding small animals, and animal rules. All animals must be identified with the management office. A copy of our full Animal Policy is available in the leasing office or by email.
